My home has grading issues in one corner and I knew this when I bought it. The moisture meter read 100% in the interior basement wall where the grading issue is. Now that the rain is coming down hard it is leaking down the wall underneath the drywall in that spot. So far it's just a drip along the concrete floor in that room. We've put towels down and I'm going to get a tarp to redirect water from that area on the exterior. I need to fix this issue asap. The room that is leaking is concrete floor but does not have the floor drain. The drain is in the laundry room in the far corner. Between the two is laminate flooring. Please let me know if you can quote me to repair this permanently.

I've been noticing that over the last few years the soil around our house has eroded away.

I am building a canopy/awning attached to the side of my house and need two supporting posts that will be 6X6's the roof is polycarbonate with joists it will be attached to the wall studs on the wall end and a 6X6 beam on the other supported by the posts. The canopy will extend 2.5 ft beyond the 12 foot supporting wall . The dimensions of the roof are 14.5 ft width by 9'3" deep. The 2 posts requiring helicals will be 7 ft from the house. The roof dimension is 14.5 ' X 9' 3" There is a 21 inch high deck which covering the area so I would be removing the deck boards to allow for the helical installation. What would the cost of the 2 posts be. This will be built to building code requirements via permit and plans
