Challenge
After several years, these homeowners began to notice uneven floors as well as settlement of the whole floor system. There were many failed attempts to remedy the problem by adding inadequate supplemental support under the floor joists.
Solution
It was determined that multiple framing members were severely distressed from age and the humid environment in the crawlspace. It took 12 SmartJacks installed to support three new support beams that were strategically placed at locations throughout the crawl space.
