Challenge
Our clients have lived in their current home and were fine up until 5 years ago when trees were removed and a creek was dug up behind behind them for a development. Since, they have had 4 floods and have gone through quite a few Sump Pumps. They discovered that the pipe going from the house had been blocked as part of the laneway had crumbled. This resulted in having many sump pumps as well as constantly having to check their sump room to be sure all is running up to par.
